Should the recipient be able to reply to your SMS?
- Specify a mobile number as sender. The reply is delivered to the mobile with that number.
- Hire a number from us, specify it as sender and get the reply via email, XML or view it on the internet.
- Intelligent Reply SMS: You not only get a reply, you also see the question to enable you to see which question the reply refers to. Optional delivery method; email, XML or via the internet.

An auto reply to the sender
You can activate an auto reply function regardless of whether or not you choose to receive incoming SMSs and MMSs. The person who sent the SMS or MMS gets an immediate reply.
You choose the text in the auto reply yourself and you can log in here at any time to change it.

The small amount of administration required can be managed over the internet on special web pages that you get access to when your organisation registers as a customer.
Tailoring the settings
Administration allows you to change a host of settings, including:
- Choose if you want to use text of up to 11 characters instead of a mobile number, perhaps using the company´s name. However, bear in mind that the recipient will not be able to reply to the SMS and some overseas mobile operators cannot handle sender details in text format.
- Choose if you want the SMS replies returned to your email.
- Choose your own mobile number as sender and get the reply to your mobile.
- Choose to use the email's subject field as sender (the first 11 characters), which is good idea if you often change senders.
- Create an email address that can forward incoming mail to a mobile as an SMS
Managing your account
Appoint an administrator for general administration. They handle the email addresses that have access to the service and the standard settings for the account. Statistics are also available for the entire account and all the delivery notifications for sent and received SMSs.
Personal settings
Each user has a personal log in on the web interface where they can access their statistics and delivery notifications. The user is also able to choose their personal settings for the service.
Divide the costs
We offer an internal billing module to those who wish to group their users by, for example, departments and to divide the costs accordingly.
