GENERAL CONDITIONS - TELLUSTALK SUBSCRIPTION
Monthly fees and traffic fees are invoiced every month if nothing else is agreed upon. Monthly fees in advance and traffic fees afterwards. Payment terms 20 days.
All prices excluding VAT.
Tellustalk.com reserves the right to change the current price list with 30 days notification. The subscriber has the right to cancel the subscription within 30 days of an announced price list change effective 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Termination regarding any Tellustalk service subscription becomes effective 1 month from notification date. For evaluation accounts 1 day.
SMS The subscriber is responsible for the handling of passwords used in conjunction with the use of the Tellustalk subscription.
Tellustalk is responsible for remuneration towards the subscriber only when it can be be proved that Tellustalk due to severe neglect has caused the subscriber economical loss. In the case of severe neglect the value of the remuneration is limited to the monthly subscription fee that the subscriber pays for the Tellustalk subscription.
ADD-ON SUBSCRIPTION FOR INCOMING FAX
For those of you who want to be able to receive faxes in your email, there is an add-on subscription. It means that you get a fax number for incoming fax traffic. With Tellustalk's add-on subscription you can receive faxes wherever you are. To direct incoming faxes to your email inbox probably means a lot better security than your present, normal procedures for incoming faxes.
