Administration
The administrative tasks are few and simple. You do it over the Internet on special web-pages exposed to you when you have registered as a customer.
You appoint one or ibm fax a few key administrators for company-wide administration, e.g. fax number distribution for incoming faxes and control over the administrative web-pages.
The end-user administers his/her own account information.
TO SEND A FAX
Open a new message in your email program. ibm fax
xzyqnpsibm fax In the address field you write "+CountryCodeAreaCodeFaxNo@efax.nu" where "countrycodeareacodeFaxNo" is replaced by the number of the fax recipient, e.g; +44756794040@efax.nu The name (diplayname) of the fax recipient will be placed in the "To"-field on the fax cover page.
You can mix fax- and email recipients in the same email message.
In the email you write ibm fax your message and attach documents. Then send it.
Within a couple of minutes you will receive a receipt from the fax transmission.
FAX COVERPAGES
The correct coverpage is chosen automatically when you send a fax.
You can chose to have a common coverpage for your company, one for each department or one for every employee. The choice is yours.
You can have coverpages in different languages. They are activated automatically by the countrycode in your fax destination ibm fax number.
