Tellustalk is responsible for remuneration towards the linux sms subscriber only when it can be be proved that Tellustalk due to severe neglect has caused the subscriber economical loss. In the case of severe neglect the value of the remuneration is linux sms limited to the monthly subscription fee that the subscriber pays for the Tellustalk subscription.

For those of you who want to be able to receive faxes in your email, there is an add-on subscription. It means that you get a fax number for incoming fax traffic. With Tellustalk's add-on subscription you can receive faxes wherever you are. To direct incoming faxes to your email inbox probably means a lot better security than your present, normal procedures for incoming faxes.
