GENERAL CONDITIONS - TELLUSTALK SUBSCRIPTION
Monthly fees and traffic fees are invoiced every month if nothing else is agreed upon. Monthly fees in advance lotus notes fax and traffic fees afterwards. Payment terms 20 days.

Tellustalk.com reserves the right to change the current price list lotus notes fax with 30 days notification. The subscriber has the right to cancel the subscription within 30 days of an announced price list change effective 30 days from the date of xzyqnpslotus notes fax cancellation.
Termination regarding any Tellustalk service subscription becomes effective 1 month from notification date. For evaluation accounts 1 day.
The subscriber is responsible for the handling of passwords used in conjunction with the use of the Tellustalk subscription.
Tellustalk is responsible for remuneration towards the subscriber only when it can be be proved that Tellustalk due to severe neglect has caused the subscriber economical loss. In the case of severe neglect the value of the remuneration is limited to the monthly subscription fee that the subscriber pays for the Tellustalk subscription.
