Terms & Conditions
Fixed and running subscription charges are invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed. Fixed prices are in advance and running in arrears. Payment terms 20 days net.
Prices do not include Swedish VAT (if applicable)
Tellustalk.com reserves the right to modify the price list with 30 days notice.
30 days cancellation notice required for both parties.
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the codes used in their Tellustalk.com subscription are not misused or come into the wrong hands.
Tellustalk.com is only liable towards the customer for substantiated damage or financial loss brought about by gross negligence on the part of TellusTalk. Compensation is limited to the monthly Tellustalk.com subscription charge.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contents of the traffic (sms, fax, voicemail) comply with current laws and ordinances in recipient countries and that the content is allowed by law to be sent to a recipient in the country.
TellusTalk reserves the right to shut down the traffic on immediate effect for contents sent via TellusTalk's system containing information that offends, is threatening, abusive, criminal or unethical in any other way.
In the event of a customer violating the above, TellusTalk reserves the right to shut off the traffic with immediate effect. In such cases, TellusTalk is entitled to cancel the agreement with immediate effect and demand any damages incurred by TellusTalk.
The subscription or any parts thereof is not transferable to third party.
